Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ApplyBloom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ApplyBloom is an AI-powered job application assistant that provides resume optimization, cover letter generation, interview preparation, skill gap analysis, and job application tracking.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free Plan: Includes 3 AI requests per month and tracking for up to 10 applications.
• Pro Plan ($14.99/month): Includes 150 AI requests per month and unlimited application tracking.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription page.
• Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by ApplyBloom's AI tools (optimized resumes, cover letters, interview answers, etc.) is provided as suggestions only.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before use.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job interviews or offers.
• AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always verify facts and claims before submitting to employers.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (resumes, job descriptions, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated outputs based on your inputs belong to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
